Allison Harrison graduated from Sonoma State University with a BA in Biology and minor in Environmental Studies. She has learned the executive search and recruiting business from the ground up while with MR Sacramento, starting in 2004 as part of the research team, promoted to recruiting in the Accounting and Finance division, and now acting as a key player in the Energy group. Prior to joining Management Recruiters, Allison worked in customer service for 10 years within the restaurant industry, retail grocery, and educational environments.

Allison's strong background in customer service has led to her success in building and maintaining strong relationships with both clients and candidates. Her excellent interpersonal and organizational skills have provided the tools necessary to establish rapport and deliver results.
