Sarah Aurich supports the Sacramento MRI office in all aspects of research, marketing, recruiting and training. She is an AIRS Certified Internet Recruiter (CIR), having passed a rigorous on-line examination, demonstrating proficiency in using the most advanced online search tools and strategies to find information hidden on the Internet. Her research provides the executive search team with a wealth of knowledge regarding specific industry news and top professionals within those industries.

Sarah earned her Bachelors degree from Case Western Reserve University and her MS degree in Vocational Rehabilitation and Career Counseling from California State University Sacramento. She began her career with MR Sacramento 10 years ago providing career transition assistance and training to displaced executive talent in private industry as well as with transitioning US service men and women stationed in the Far East.

Since then, in addition to research, Sarah has been involved in internal recruiting and training of new recruiters for our Sacramento office, recruiting on special projects as needed, web site development and overall marketing support.
