Jennel recruits engineering professionals in the petrochemical refining industry. She has learned the executive search and recruiting business from the ground up while with Management Recruiters of Sacramento. Prior to working with MR Sacramento, Jennel worked as a Customer Service Associate with Wells Fargo where she consistently ranked in the top 10% for sales production in the Bay Area region.

Jennel earned her Bachelors degree in Psychology from California State University, Sacramento. Jennel’s team-oriented approach, persistence, tenacity and industry knowledge have gained her an incomparable reputation with her clients, candidates and colleagues.
