Account Executive

Jennifer Powers brings 13 years of construction experience to the Sacramento MRI office and is utilizing her experience and industry connections to seek out and place talented construction professionals.

She began her career with Caltrans (California Department. of Transportation) at a soils and materials laboratory and worked her way up to become an integral part of the environmental cleanup during the reconstruction of the Cypress Freeway replacement project in Oakland, CA. She was later recruited by a general engineering contractor and continued her career in the private industry, and advanced to become the Program Manager on a large State contract. Her longevity in the construction industry and her eagerness to master the recruiting business has made Jennifer an all around success as an executive search consultant for the construction and engineering field.
