Katie Hawk recruits within the Accounting and Finance group. She graduated from CSU Chico with a Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing. As an undergraduate, Katie served as Associate Class Treasurer, Community Challenge Organizer, Historian and Sports Chair, while also working as an intern at a nationally known financial institution. From these experiences she brings leadership and team-building skills as well as knowledge of the financial marketplace.

Katie possesses exceptional interpersonal skills which allow her to gain a keen understanding of her clients’ needs. Her ability to relate to other people’s points of view ensures that the opportunities she presents to her candidates are in line with their long term professional and personal goals.
