Karl Dinse, Managing Partner

Since 1976 Karl has been actively involved in providing a wide variety of human resource consulting services to hundreds of clients throughout the United States and internationally. The Sacramento franchise has placed thousands of professionals in many different industries. Karl founded Management Recruiters of Sacramento in 1976, and built the franchise over the years to rank consistently in the top 10% of Management Recruiters International's office organization based on revenues generated and customer satisfaction. He developed a variety of human resource products and programs including career management, assessment tools, job search training tools, videos, etc. that have been successfully distributed under the Career Pathways trademark since 1986. Karl coaches and assists a staff of 15 recruiters, consultants, and administrative staff.

Education credentials include both a Bachelors and Masters degree in Business Administration from Western Michigan University. He has specialized certification training under Stephen Covey, Jim Rohn, and MRI.
