Project Coordinator Opportunities:
Developing deep research capabilities to include identifying “passive” candidates and highly detailed information on companies and possible clients, learn how to engage candidates in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and desires, putting your personality into writing powerful scripts that build the confidence to make challenging phone calls, understanding what the makeup is of a highly qualified candidate. Learning how to match highly qualified candidates to “white paper” positions developed by Recruiters and Search Consultants. Learn how to build powerful candidate data sheets by skillfully writing Feature/Accomplishment/Benefit presentations. Develop rapport building skills in learning how to professionally debrief candidates on an interview. Develop strong organizational skills by becoming highly proficient in PC Recruiter software so that candidate and client data can be leveraged for possible uses in the MRI Network. Attend and graduate from the Project Coordinator Jump Start Class. Starting salary based on experience. Bonus opportunities available in 30 days. Recruiter Associate Opportunities:
Continue to strengthen skills learned as Project Coordinator. Learn and develop high levels of proficiencies in marketing of qualified candidates to prospective clients as well as the direct recruiting of qualified candidates for your discipline. Understand how to handle various resistance's from prospective clients and candidates.Learn how to negotiate fee agreements with client. Attend and graduate from the AE Jumpstart class (4 days of intensive training and development) and begin the mastering of the 24 step placement process as outlined in Integrated Training Program. Develop a DIG (Discipline, Industry, Geography) in order to become a respected expert in your field of recruiting. Mastering these skills and begin to understand the importance of developing rapport and building consultative relationships with clients and candidates. Search Consultant Opportunities:

Develop a deeper consultative approach with client by providing special surveys (wage and salary), training of clients on interviewing, qualifying and hiring talented people. Team Leader Opportunities:
Build and develop a business unit with Jr. Partner, project coordinator, and research assistants supporting the team. CSAM. (Certified Senior Account Manager):
When Search Consultant meets current requirements for CSAM, they are eligible in the following year for a weekend getaway for two to an exclusive resort with the leadership team of Management Recruiters of Sacramento. The requirements for CSAM are 2 years of employment and $300,000 cash in. At managers discretion, the CSAM may also attend special training sessions held nationally for CSAMs.
